2024 Board election results

CIRA is pleased to announce the results of its 2024 board election.

The newly elected board directors are:

  • Anne Butler
  • Hélène Deschamps Marquis
  • David Mackey
  • Crystal Nett

Participating in CIRA’s board election is one of many ways members can contribute to the development of Canada’s internet. Thank you to all the candidates and nominees who participated in this year’s election as well as the 750 CIRA members who took the time to vote.

Effective September 25, 2024, Don Bowman resigned as a member of CIRA’s Board of Directors. Don will be focusing on his business and remains a friend of CIRA.

CIRA would like to thank Don for his years of dedicated service to the organization and wish him well in his future endeavors.

At the time of the resignation, Don had one year remaining in his term. The new CIRA Board will discuss this further at its first meeting on October 10.
