THE PROJECT
The Canadian Network for Arts & Learning unites local, regional and national arts and learning communities to promote exchange, research and collaboration and increase access to meaningful art experiences for all Canadians. A digital map of artists, arts educators, arts schools and organizations across Canada was developed to reinforce the Network’s mission of building a more creative, innovative, and prosperous country.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
New contacts were added to the map from every province and territory in Canada, resulting in deeper connections between arts and learning stakeholders nation-wide. Through the digital map, arts and learning communities were strengthened by connecting artists and art educators to their peers and the public to build profile and collaboration.
