Techno Culture Club (now defunct) was a non-profit organization that promoted and supported digital literacy to make technology and digital culture equitable and more accessible for students of Quebec. With a grant from CIRA, their project C’est juste en ligne aimed to support teens in their journey towards digital citizenship, which included improving their digital literacy and online safety, with toolkits, workshops, and online resources.

While the pandemic impacted the number of children the project reached, the survey, focus groups and workshops were offered to over 300 young people and led to positive reflections and changes at individual and collective levels and encouraged better understanding of cyberbullying and how to stay safe online.
