The Canadian Appable (Ca.Appable, pronounced “capable”) project empowered educators and youth to develop mobile applications with easy-to-use open source software. Led by Mozilla and featuring its new Appmaker tool, Ca.Appable provided a portfolio of remixable resources and a train-the-trainer model so more Canadians could contribute to mobile experiences.
