I am Mohammed F. Ahmed, a visionary CTO/CIO with over 24 years of experience in enterprise technology and digital transformation. I’ve led organizations through complex growth cycles, post-merger integrations, and large-scale optimization programs. As CEO of Adba Labs, I have driven full-scale digital transformations for multibillion-dollar enterprises, focusing on system unification, process automation, and simplification of global IT platforms.

I’ve designed and executed go-to-market strategies for SaaS portfolios ranging from $20M to $750M, optimizing total cost of ownership and investor ROI. My expertise spans technical sales alignment, IT operations, and regulatory compliance.

At GIP and GFL Environmental, I led multi-year transformation roadmaps, delivered technological efficiencies across multiple entities, and enabled sustained profitability through intelligent process automation.
