The program will make $1 million in funding available to Canadian registered charities, non-profit organizations and academic researchers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Application materials will be available online at <a href=\"https:\/\/stg.cira.ca\/cip\">www.cira.ca\/cip<\/a> the morning of January 20, 2016.<\/h2>\n<p>The .CA Community Investment Program is the only funding body in Canada that targets Internet issues specifically. The program funds projects that address Internet infrastructure, online services, \u00a0academic research, and digital literacy.<\/p>\n<p>Since launching in 2014, the .CA Community Investment Program has delivered $2.2 million in funding to more than 50 projects across Canada.<\/p>\n<h2>About .CA and the Community Investment Program<\/h2>\n<p>Through the Community Investment Program, .CA funds projects that demonstrate the capacity to build a better online Canada. The .CA team manages Canada&#8217;s country code top-level domain on behalf of all Canadians.
